Mat Chaudhry (Ph.D) has been providing consultation to food and hotdog vendors for years. Interestingly, writing and business consultation was not Mat s first career. He is a full time instructional system designer in aviation industry. However, small business consultation is his passion and a hobby. He has written two other successful books on the concession foods. It has been an extremely joyful experience for Mat; seeing families making good living using his business operating procedures.
